Avid Retreats, Portugal 2025

Exclusive to Avid Retreats, every guest will enjoy The "Manetra Method Hair Treatment" developed by Patsy Palmer. This treatment will leave your hair radiant and nourished while clearing your mind to create wonderful new intentions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the retreat provided by Avid Retreats ("we," "our," or "us") in Portugal for the specified retreat dates: 4th June 2025 for 5 nights. By participating in the Avid  Retreats, Portugal 2025, you ("you" or "guest") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

Inclusions:

1. Stunning Accommodation: Enjoy 5 nights in stunning accommodation, providing a serene and comfortable space to relax and unwind.
2. Nutritious Brunch and Dinners: Relish in relaxed and nutritious brunches and dinners crafted by our talented in-house chef, featuring the finest local, fresh produce.
3. "Proper Chats" Dinner with Patsy Palmer: Engage in heartfelt connections during the "Proper Chats" dinner hosted by Patsy Palmer, providing an opportunity for meaningful conversations and connections.
4. Sunset Session: Unwind and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the setting sun during our Sunset Session.
5. The "Manetra Method Hair Treatment": Exclusive to Good & Proper Retreats, every guest will enjoy The "Manetra Method Hair Treatment" developed by Patsy Palmer. This treatment will leave your hair radiant and nourished while clearing your mind to create wonderful new intentions.
6. Daily Pilates and Barre fusions: with Paola Di Lanzo (found of Paola's Bodybarre.
7. Daily Yoga and Meditation: Find balance and inner harmony with daily yoga and meditation sessions led by experienced practitioners.
8. Memorable Experiences: Immerse yourself in pure relaxation and unique experiences like a Circle Ceremony, Mantra singing, and soothing Sound Bath.

Booking and Payment:

1. To secure your room, a non-refundable deposit of £800 per person is required, payable immediately upon booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 30th April 2025
3. For bookings made after 4th March 2025, payment will be required in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

1. The deposit is non-refundable.
2. In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat, we may consider arranging a name change for your reservation if possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this option.

Check-in and Check-out:

1. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
2. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Travel Insurance: For peace of mind and protection, we recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should be tailored to your needs and obtained from your country of residence. Having personal travel insurance ensures that you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may occur during the retreat.

Flights and Transfers: The retreat package does not include flights or transfers to and from the airport. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the closest airport to the property, Faro Airport.

Liability and Waiver: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable retreat, participation in all activities is at your own risk. You must complete and sign a liability waiver before the start of the retreat. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the retreat.

Changes to Retreat Itinerary: We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy: Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
